Motivation

Different ways of motivation Every time, when we set ourselves a goal, we have to face the problem of motivation.  We can motivate ourselves, but we motivate other people as well. There could be truly wonderful plans or ideas, but without proper motivation to putting them into effect, they are worth nothing. We could notice it in history itself, every major event caused by men need motivation(or at least luck). Without it, the great people would not take any actions, but stay at home instead and just wondering, what would that be, if they did something. But it is also seen in every single goal, even the simplest one .  For example, we would never prepare our food without the motivation, which is hunger.   Motivation is closely connected to emotions or reflexes. It could be basic, like minimize physical pain and maximize pleasure, or more complex like achieve something and spread an idea(but let be honest, there is a pleasure connected to that). However, it is quite the opposite, I think that over time the problem of racism in Poland is somewhere still increasing. AFRICANS “Hardly 25% of Polish society is positively oriented for Africans’ immigration to Poland” – says opinion poll which was organized by SMG/KRC corp. for ‘Afryka Inaczej’ foundation. One of SMG/KRC workers -PaweÅ‚ DuÅ„ski admits that people in Poland mostly are negatively oriented because of lack of information, but he can’t say that Poles are racist. The opinion poll also shows that almost 62% of Polish people is not against to have an African doctor and more that 60% accept them as teacher, neighbor or college. We can assume then that compering to other countries Poles are very tolerant when it becomes to African people and we should be p

The phenomenon of music festivals

Young people have enjoyed their life in many ways. They have searched for new ways of entertainment and sought more intense experiences. They have wanted to see amazing things, meet interesting people, discover pleasures that can be given only by certain things. For these purposes music festivals were created. They are the places where one can experience his life with every of his senses. The main goal of such initiatives is to create huge, modern music events of electronic and dance music, where people could enjoy the best the world can offer. They would over time become the biggest event of that type in Poland and eventually in the whole Europe. They are made to gather and concentrate enthusiasts of good music, supreme entertainment and large scale partying. The greatest and the most interesting artists appear there. The scenes are places where new artists are being discovered and new music streams created. Worth noticing is the fact that not only they are based on music, but also ar
