If You Don’t Play Sport Now You’ll Hate Yourself Later
- it is the main topic of one web site about sport. I agree with it. Sport is very important in our life but sometimes we don't remember about its many positive effects.

What are they?
  • Obvious Health Benefits!
Regular exercise allows you to live better and prevent many serious diseases. In addition, it helps to maintain healthy weight.
  • Active rest!
Sport is a way of spending free time. You can play sport with your family, your friends or alone at any time
  • Reduce or Remove Stress
Our life brings a lot of stress: our job, studies, relationships etc. Sport is one of the best ways to reduce stress. “After exercising, endorphins are released into the bloodstream (the feel-good hormone) and your muscles are often no longer tense.”
  • New people and lasting relationships!
If you play sport, you can meet people who have the same hobby as you. Playing in a team, gives a chance to create friendships for life
  • Good mood
Every time when you play sport you feel you don't lost your life. You feel good physically and mentally.

Here you can see positive effect of cricket, football, swimming, hockey and chess

BUT...
sometimes sport is unhealthy.. Why?
If you train too hard, you can hurt your body. Secondly intensive training needs a good diet with a lot of vitamins. Moreover, not everybody can train all disciplines.

It is better to choose sports which will make us happy. I am convinced that your health will improve quickly!

My thoughts about sport!
Sport brings a lot of fun and it is my favorite way to spend my free time. I like so much to be aware of how my body changes training some sport. The longer I train the more I can and this brings a lot of satisfaction.
I recommend a short movie about people who climb. These people seem to be healthy and happy! :)

Questions:
What are you favorite sports?
Do you feel that sport has an influence on your health?
Sport is healthy, so why don't you train more?

  1. I agree with you, sport is a great way to spend free time. I must admit that I practice sport too little and I feel it every day, because I have a weak condition. My resolution is to spend more time actively, not only to lose weight but also for my health.
My favorite sport is swimming. I could swim hours and hours and this is always a pleasure for me. But I prefer swimming in a lake or a sea than in a swimming pool.

  3. Sport has a good influence of our body and our psyche. We can seperate from the reality and make better our body condition. I like swimming and playing tennis-but only in the summer. During the whole year a go to the swimming pool once a week. After it I am more relaxed, more tired but also more happy.

    1. I don’t have any favorite sport, but I like jogging, going to the gym and doing some exercises in my home. Honestly, I like spending time in an active way and I think that sport has an important influence on my health. I’m feeling refreshed and have positive energy, when I do some activities. Thanks to it I can also concentrate better and learn more effective. I think that I should train more, but unfortunately I don’t have more time for it.

  4. In my opinion, sport should have important role in our life. I don't have favorite sports. I like jogging, riding a bike, walking with my friends, but I don't do this sports regurally. Now we spend more and more time at home, with the computer or learning. When I feel tired, wheb i have to learning so long, I dream about go out for fresh air, about go for a walk. I think, that sport largely improves our mood. Practicing intensively, such as aerobic help us forget about problems, detached from everyday life. And even common walk, which is for me some kind of sports, make that we feel better, we gain strength for further work. But I also think, that people don't have enough time for sport or don't want to find time...

  5. I agree with the opinion that sport is a very important part of our life. Personally, I think also that practising any sport is good for a people of any age. Many older people in Poland like go for a Nordic Walking. It becomes more a more popular nowadays.People who do some sports, find time for it, are an example for those who only work and spend their free time watching TV or surfing internet. Life is to short so we should spend it the best we can. The more healthy lifestyle we lead, the longer we live and our health is better.

  6. I admit that I don't practice any sport, only I do some exercise when I walk to the University or to visit some places in the city. Sometimes I used to do jogging, but every time with less frequency. I can feel the lack of exercise for example when I have to run for take I bus, because I run very slowly and I usually lose it.
My favourite sport is basketball. When I was a child I used to play in my hometown village, but I gave it up because I was a disaster on it. However, I still watch basketball matches on TV.
I would like to have more time to do sport, from now I will try to find time.

  7. I also have the same opinion like the writer the blog presentation above. When I was ten years old I got to the volleyball team. I was very suprised and astonished because I was chosen by professional players. I was training 5 times a week but it didn't be a big burden for me. But one time I had an accident. I twisted my cube when me and my opponent were jumping at the same time to block someone. I remembered the pain and.. the weakness against for my favourite sport. Thereafter I haven't played volleyball professionally. Now I do it for myself. I swim regularly and go to the fitness club at least several times in month. But I always will be addict to my first sport and boys who are playing volleyball :)

  8. I like swimming, playing volleyball, tennis, riding a bike, jogging and doing some winter sports. I can say that I am addicted to the sport. When I exercise I feel really good. My brain and body rest. It provides me better mental condition, because the activity affects whole body. My concetration increase after this kind of effort. I don't have to rest after some exercises. I only want to have a liitle time for myself and then I can do my job. I think sport has a huge influence on health. People who keep fit and take care of themself have got more energy, are more optimistic, happy and live long. We should find some time in our busy schedule, because health is the most important thing in our life.

It is very important especially nowadays when the most people have a sedentary job because human is originally designed to movement and it is unnecessary to proper functioning. 13. Sport is very important in our live and specially in our century. People generally knows all this good influence of sport, but they are not aware of it. I think we should do some social campaign in Poland. Moreover the sport creates the character and makes us confident. Of course when you try to be the best in the world in your favorite discipline it is not very healthy.

  14. I my opinion sport has many faces and sport isn't for me only a simply exercises which are usually repeated. I use a common example: moving in our Warsaw's city center, and I can describe it as a Urbanrobic :). It contains running, mixed martial arts technics sometimes, jumping in/out trams or buses and lifting heavy things. All of our's bodies move and after that we fell endorphins.
I was training some sort of martial art and I have to write it was my best body time. I wasn't smoking and I limited alkohol I was feeling "I'm living now. Yes, It's my body which is strong and powerfull" :). I know, somebody can say It is strange but In my opinion that person had never felt that feeling so it is some kind of defense. :)

I don't train more, cause I already train a lot, but I'm not a pro sportsman. I do it for pleasure. There are maybe two days in a week, when I don't have any sport activity, especially in summer.

  17. I'm regulary going to gym and I'm very proud of myself. I see more and more people there what means society thinks more and more serious about health. And it is the explanation for phenomenon of Ewa Chodakowska. Her workout is beloved by many people because you don't have to leave house to do her exercises. Once I've even had a little conversation with her via Facebook about muscle sores.

  21. When it comes to doing and watching sports, I love basketball for its dynamism and speed - in contrast to football, where every minute matters, here, every second is crucial. Also, the Tour de France race in July is a pleasure to watch - beautiful castles, picturesque villages for almost four hours a day...

Doing sports surely have an influence on body, as well as on spirit.

  22. It's obvious that sport is making us healthy, but in the other hand sportmen are very often worn out in age of 30 so, like with many things, you have to be really cautious. Also the injuries are pretty dangerous, i had sprained my ankles (both left and right) many times riding skateboard, my friend had problems with his knees, also by the skateboarding. So - play sport, but care.

  23. I don't not have a favorite sport. I really like every sport, but most excited me diving, ride a bike and football.

We should practice a lot of disciplines If we want take care our health. of course sport is very helthy but If you exercise too much you can damage the body.
Sport is very good but only if you excersise with head...

Single-sex education

A little bit of history Single-sex education was traditional and dominating form of education till 19th century. Almost all schools and universities were single sex, which in almost all cases meant – men’s schools. This situation started to change because of two reasons: emancipation of women (fight for equality) and introduction of massive education. The first mixed-sex boarding school in UK was formed in 1818, it was Scottish Dollar Academy, and in 1878 the first university- University College London, allowed women  to enter on equal terms with men. What is interesting, the first Cambridge collage, which admit men and women was founded only on  1964. Pros and cons The topic of single-sex education is quite controversial. Like always there are pros and cons, some of them are quite irrational, other have a scientific background. The most popular arguments for single-sex education: 1. Boys and girls are learning in the different way, so they need different progr
THE MOST TRUSTED  PROFESSIONS Many people say that their job is important for our society, but is it a trustworthy profession? A market research institute asked people about trustworthy professions. Here you will find its results. The Top Five Most Trusted Professions 1. Firefighters A 2009 poll conducted by market research institute GfK found that firefighters ranked as the most trusted profession in Europe and the United States with 92 percent of respondents fining them trustworthy. Perhaps it’s all in the job description—being required to step into the face of danger every time you head out for an assignment is not just admirable, it’s downright heroic. 2. Teachers In the same GfK poll that lauded firefighters, teachers ranked second with 83 percent. It’s a good sign considering that the people responsible for crafting the minds of our children are deemed trustworthy. “I think every teacher recognizes that they are part of a trusted profession—that parents

Does money spoil people?

Does money spoil people? There is a saying that ‘money spoils people’, which means that people who become rich also start being rude and nasty. Is this true or not? I do not like categorize people, all stories are different. Probably everyone knows someone who is rich and nice person, and someone who is wealthy and horrible…What can determine behaviour of these people? copyright:http://theundercoverrecruiter.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/money.jpg 1 .     First of all how they got their money. Some people are rich because they won the lottery and some of them because they are genius who made a discovery of new, brilliant solution. There are also ones who are rich because they inherit all wealth from their ancestors… It is not a rule, but I think that people who work hard for everything what they have are more stable and realistic than ones, who don’t need to do anything because they got everything for free (without dedication or hard work). They won’t probably understand
