 Let’s talk about the stereotypes. In Europe we have almost 50 countries. Over the 700 millions of people live here. The each country is different, so every nationality has diverse characteristic. We all live on the one continent, so maybe we should be like one big family?  Maybe... But as it happens in every family there are disagreements between Europeans. We often have distinct view on some issues, our cultures and behaviours are clearly differ, so we have sometimes serious problems with mutual understanding, and that's how stereotypes and negative emotions arise. So, what Europeans think of each other? What kind of feelings we have toward each other? It is  kind of  verbal communication, which instead of   body posture, gestures and   eye movements. We send this signals usulally subconsciously. We are not aware but our body show how we feel and what we are thinking. Our parts of body can tell more than words. Also how we sit or stand may say something about our personality. But our society changes , we are more modern and we are getting to live faster and faster . What makes us happy?

The feeling of happiness we experience is nothing more than a chemical reaction taking place inside our bodies. Serotonin is often called the “hormone of happiness” and is produced in the medulla oblongata in moments of ecstasy. Its level increases during the euphoria and decreases during the depression. Serotonin regulates the mood, dreaming and appetite, and even prevents depression. Serotonin can be released by getting exposed to sunlight, by eating food rich in carbohydrates and by exercising. Endorphins can make you feel good, reduce your anxiety and your sensitivity to pain. Endorphins are released mostly by exercising. Dopamine helps you feel mentally alert. The lack of it might cause the lack of attention, the lack of concentration and bad moods. Dopamine can be released by eating food that is rich in proteins. For others, it’s a health, for others a happy family or a large sum in your account. Who is the happiest in the world, Chinese and Danes? Who is happier - rich or poor people? Let's see what about it we can find on the Internet. Which nationality is the happiest? On the Internet we can find different rankings of happiness. One of them is especially interesting. According to this ranking on the top of list the most happiest of nationalities in the world are Chinese (100 out of 100 points)! Really close is North Korea (98 points). The next places have: Cuba (93 points), Iran (88 points) and Venezuela (85 points). In the bottom of this ranking is U.S. (203. position, 3 points). Marriage in different cultures.   Family is a very important aspect of our lives, but does it also apply to a marriage? It depends. Nowadays we have many cultures in the world.   In many of them (for example: European, Chinese, Hindu, or same-sex marriages) weddings differ. Marriage is the institution of legal contract between people, in which interpersonal relationships, usually intimate and sexual, are acknowledged.   Many cultures   are monogamous (in the Europe for example) but there are also polygamous ones.    People want to get married for many reason: - For   love and for being loved. Most people get married because they are in love with each other madly. -Marriage gives you a certificate to intensely and passionately love each other legally. -For satisfaction, pleasure and security. People feel complete after getting married. -People want to be socially recognized and have children legally, and lead a typical family life with respect and love from you
